• SoftPOS contactless payment acceptance

• Cloud-hosted infrastructure

All services are subject to eligibility, onboarding requirements, and ongoing compliance checks.

4. Fees and Charges 

Quantum Payments may charge fees for certain services. All applicable fees will be clearly communicated during onboarding or via your service agreement. You are responsible for all transaction fees, interchange fees, and third-party costs unless otherwise agreed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and restricting access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use or security breach.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or systems.

• Circumvent any restrictions or security features.

• Process payments for prohibited goods or services (as outlined in our Acceptable Use Policy).
